I contacted the garage last week about a leak in my trunk. I was talking about bodywork repairs. The secretary told me, "But it's not necessarily a bodywork problem. We can look into it." I left today with a 90€ bill and no diagnosis. They sent me back to their garage in Essey. I just paid 90€ for nothing....for me, that's a lot of money...
I won't be going back there again!

Outrageous! I had my Clio 4 battery changed and they asked me for €10 for the radio code. I changed garages 10 minutes later and got the code for free. Long live Renault!

Delighted with my experience at this garage. I came after several visits to other garages where the previous ones hadn't been able to find the problem with my vehicle. I received a very warm welcome, they kept my car for as long as necessary to find the source of the fault, and I was given a loaner car free of charge during that time. This saved me from having to replace the ECU. Since then, I haven't had any problems with the car :) Thank you again!
