We drove nearly 600 km to pick up a car from VPN Auto. We had complete confidence in this highly-rated professional. We made our choice without even seeing or test-driving the vehicle because Laury, who is exceptionally professional, dedicated, and friendly, had taken care of everything beforehand to ensure a smooth experience, including providing an additional video. The welcome was very courteous in a relaxed yet highly professional atmosphere. Even the technicians were kind and efficient. We were delighted to see the car so ready and spotless, we test-drove it, and left happy (like most of the customers we met). I broke down over 400km from Paris on my way back from vacation, and my vehicle was taken care of there.
After reading some bad reviews, I was very apprehensive, especially since I'm not from the area.
Repair Result
The workshop manager saved me from the pain, knowing that the repair was difficult, and he saved me from having to remove the gearbox.
The labor price was more than reasonable considering the time spent.
Very professional garage, from the reception to the workshop manager.

Very warm welcome. I returned a rental car and it was super fast. The same agency does Hertz for rentals and AD for repairs and vehicle sales.

Good experience with them, my vehicle was well repaired (clutch). After the prices are not like in Ile de France they know that we have no choice but hey the quality of the work is there. After no choice we are taken "hostage" and the business is well run with the breakdown truck and the pound.... but hey
