Problems arose much later.
Being a woman, not very knowledgeable about car models, I was thrilled and shelled out 9,000 bucks.
Only to resell it at a loss.

I came today to inquire about purchasing a vehicle (E-Berlingo), and was perfectly received. This allowed me to confirm that small structures are often better than huge dealerships where anonymity and volatile communication are often the rule.

Total incompetence.
I had made an appointment for a diagnostic, clearly stating that the vehicle would arrive on a tow truck and that I would come afterward. Everything seemed to be understood verbally. The result: on the day, the tow truck arrived, and the garage refused to take the vehicle, claiming that nothing had been specified.
No listening, no questioning, and to top it all off, I was sent on the phone without the slightest apology.
Frankly, a minimum of professionalism and communication wouldn't go amiss.
Edit: You received comprehensive information during my first call. This was therefore negligence on YOUR part, and I shouldn't be liable for it.

I urgently needed to replace my car's rim two days before Christmas, so I contacted the garage. Despite being very busy, they managed to find an appointment and did everything they could to fix my problem as quickly as possible. The team was very professional. I highly recommend them.
