How can I put it? Until about a month ago, I had nothing special to say. But today I discovered that: The onboard computer (for distance and radio) had broken down, and the part needed replacing: around €2,000. We left it as is, and there was no problem driving. Today, following a battery problem, I called them. They promised to keep me informed, but no news 5 hours later. In the meantime, I called another mechanic: Battery changed and onboard computer working, without having replaced the part. So either this garage is incompetent, or they make fun of their customers, or, but I'm not going to say it, I wouldn't want them to file a complaint. Not to mention a small repair billed at €110, to be paid in cash because the computer was broken, so, of course, no invoice.

I just call them, they never answer this boss, I brought my Maxity truck, they changed the front discs and pads, there's a problem, it's smoking. They were supposed to change the left rear caliper, they didn't do it. They charged me €820 in ESP, of course, without an invoice, I don't even know why, they tell me every time to see the secretary or the mechanic, because he's not a professional, I'll never go to him again. This garage, ADR Dépannage, is useless.

My daughter has had a lease on an electric 208 since December 2022. She was in an accident (for which she was not responsible) and her car was taken to the Peugeot garage in Aix-les-Milles for repairs on July 23, 2023. The repair was scheduled for completion on August 12, 2023. This date was never met, and the vehicle remained there until October 3... without any loaner vehicle... Despite multiple reminders by phone, email, and in person regarding the progress of the repairs. On October 3, she came to pick up her vehicle after a 4-month wait... she paid the excess, but when it was time to leave, she was surprised... The rear of the vehicle had been left behind during the repairs: the front door was not properly reassembled, the left front rim was scratched, and there was sticky resin on the hood and rear. While trying to remove the resin, the employee used the wrong product, and gray streaks instantly appeared on the car's white paint. My daughter had to leave without her vehicle and without a loaner! It was only after four hours of negotiation that they agreed to refund the excess amount paid. On October 18th, the vehicle was finally ready to be picked up... But we noticed that defects had appeared on the car: ⁃ The right front window made an abnormal noise every time it was lowered and raised ⁃ The battery had gone from a maximum charge of 350 km to 270 km ⁃ The battery life no longer lasted ⁃ The left front wheel that was supposed to be replaced wasn't new So we called the garage.... ⁃ They couldn't take the car in at the moment ⁃ They had no visibility on the repair time ⁃ The car could only be dropped off at the dealership from Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (an impossible time slot when you're working). Since then, the mechanical service was supposed to contact us again to set a date... but of course, they didn't. To this day, my daughter is paying for a car that hasn't been properly repaired, and the battery no longer holds a charge... and of course, NO action from the garage! We finally managed to get an appointment for January 15th... but were told we'd have to pay €215 to have the battery checked because the vehicle was no longer under warranty! I therefore do not recommend this dealership in any way, as it takes no care of its customers or its cars!
