Very dissatisfied.
I went in to get a quote for replacing all the fluids (brakes, power steering, etc.). I was told they would send it to me by email. I never received it. I understood perfectly well that they weren't interested, even though I had been there twice for work.

Excellent mechanic, but the receptionist was terrible.
For that reason alone, I won't be going back.
The first time, I let it slide, but twice is too much! Being in retail, there's a way to treat a customer, especially since I came back because of them.
On the other hand, the owner knows his stuff when it comes to mechanics.
