A complete disaster! The vehicle was brought to this garage on a flatbed truck to avoid damaging the engine after a warning light came on indicating a turbo problem. The garage claimed to know the vehicle well and to have performed this type of repair before. It took two and a half weeks for a diagnosis, which didn't stop the mechanic from repeatedly starting the vehicle and driving it around his premises to move it, all without knowing what was wrong with the engine! Absolutely brilliant! Then came the diagnosis: a turbo replacement, which we immediately approved. Two weeks later, we had to contact the garage repeatedly to find out when the repair would be done. The garage told us they couldn't reinstall the turbo because they didn't have enough room to work, and, I quote, that they didn't know it would be so complicated... We then learned that "the vehicle is finished" but that there was a noise during the test drive and the engine is shot... The mechanic told us it wasn't his fault, but what mechanic worth their salt would drive a car that arrived on a flatbed truck for two and a half weeks WITHOUT ANY DIAGNOSIS and without considering that, for example, if there was a lack of oil due to the turbo failure, it could damage the engine??? Legal proceedings are underway and an expert assessment will take place. Even our legal protection insurance has never seen anything like it. Go a few more kilometers to another garage because if this weren't so damaging, I'd say hats off to the manager, the one who did the repairs. To be continued, but we won't give up!!!

I bought a vehicle from this mechanic couple. They were very well received and very professional. The vehicle was very clean, very well maintained, and truly top-notch.
Finally, a place where you don't have to worry about buying a vehicle. I highly recommend them. It's a shame I live so far away, otherwise they would have become my new mechanic.

Very responsive owner and super friendly staff, I was not a customer of this garage and yet they did everything possible to repair my vehicle very quickly.

Just a quick note to thank the owners of this establishment. I was passing by on a drive in my campervan when I asked if they could check my tire pressure. It was midday and the workers were on their lunch break. The owner kindly called the manager, who was happy to check my tire pressure for free and with a smile.
So, you can still find friendly and dedicated people in France. Thank you!
