Same experience as the previous review, I left my vehicle for repairs to my roof antenna and scratches on the bodywork. The vehicle was initially immobilized for a week, but was eventually extended to 10 days. I came by 3 days after the drop-off to bring my winter tires, asking if they could be swapped for an additional fee; the car hadn't moved. The tires weren't swapped. I picked up my car with traces of the "rinse" product on the bodywork, my trunk no longer opens, and the roof seals are damaged. The mechanic insisted that the trunk was damaged before the drop-off (the car was a year and a half old and I'd never had any problems before) and that it was a common part defect on my Toyota vehicle. I went to my Toyota garage, and they told me they saw signs of damage on the seal and the part in question. Avoid, in bad faith.
Addition 16/11/24: Repair in another garage of the trunk lid in question, they found a broken screwdriver tip which confirms the garage's involvement (photo attached).
