I bought 2022 model car from here in Oct 2025. The staff was polite, spoke good english, assisted with the paperwork. I was happy with everything.
Two days after the purchase a pre-existing fault emerged, I've emailed the company several times directly to the person who sold it and the company's general email. No answer on either after 2 months. The fault is a small problem that could be fixed easily. It always baffles me why companies ruin otherwise good interactions with non-responsiveness.

We loved the approach and the process to get our first car in France. Ricardo Costa, our sales consultant, is just a star. From the beginning to the delivery of the car he was always one step ahead of us and making sure we didn't miss any detail or important step during the process.

I had the displeasure of meeting the person in charge of the atelier. After reading other reviews, I think he was the infamous Miguel. I really don't understand why some business have rude people in charge of meeting clients when it's so obvious that they don't have the necessary qualities for that. The guy makes you feel not welcome from the moment you enter the building. I had no appointment and just wanted to ask a quick question but he made me wait for 45 minutes and even when he finally decided to talk to me (after a while without any clients) he made clear he was very busy but would do me the huge favor or listening at my question. And all that rudeness to just tell me I had to ask for an appointment and it would take so long to get one that it would be better to go another workshop, which of course I did. I had my car fixed next day in Renault Prevessin, where they treated me with professionalism and respect, as it should be.
