I went in to ask for some information, and the person at the counter ignored me for at least five minutes. I explained my problem and that I was there on behalf of a professional the garage knew. He told me I needed to have the diagnostic done and that it would cost around €100, and that he could give me a price based on the results. In the end, another professional did it for €25. Not friendly, not professional, and treated me like dirt, maybe because I'm a woman!
