I came by this morning to fix an AdBlue fault code. Right away, I saw I was being a nuisance. When the manager finally deigned to take the time to speak to me, I asked him if he could put the suitcase in. He said yes, it would cost between 75 and 100 euros.

This is completely useless and disappointing.
