This company was totally unwilling to repair our broken car. Not even prepared to communicate with us. Very Awkward experience. A prime example of blatant rasism. Very disrespectfull.

My first visit to this Peugeot garage in Givors was a very pleasant surprise. The welcome was truly warm, and the team took the time to offer genuine technical advice without being pushy. You can tell they're professionals, and the service was impeccable. It's reassuring to find a trustworthy garage; I'll definitely be back.

After an engine warning light came on, I urgently contacted the Peugeot garage to ask if I could still drive home with my two children in the back of my 3008. The response came at 4:00 PM, while the garage was open and all the mechanics were outside on their break, smoking:
"No, we can't take your vehicle as we are unavailable." This is the Peugeot service in Givors: leaving a family stranded in freezing weather when a diagnostic check with a scan tool only takes a few minutes. I wasn't asking for immediate repairs, just help in this difficult situation.
In short: don't go to this garage, I absolutely do not recommend it!
