We would like to thank the Citroën garage in Goncelin for its prompt response and advice regarding the towing of our motorhome.
Following a fuel tank error on Tuesday, July 15, the motorhome was towed the same day. The parts (filters, etc.) were ordered that afternoon, and the mechanical work was completed the following morning, so that by noon the following day we were on the road for our summer vacation.

A huge thank you to the garage team who managed to find a part that my usual garage told me was easy to find used because it's no longer manufactured.
After calling about twenty junkyards without success, even on OPISTO, the Garage du Grésivaudan came through. They called me back 48 hours after I contacted them because I hadn't replied to their email offering a part. They told me, "We've found a compatible one, is that okay with you?" And my car is running again!
A special mention goes to the two people I spoke with at reception and on the phone; they were incredibly helpful and attentive.
I highly recommend them!

Fast and friendly service, but the passenger pigeon and tourist in good taste, with the car under warranty but a suitcase bill due to default of 80 bucks!!
The coffee wasn't even free... But my vehicle left with a full tank of anti-pollution fluid that you can't make yourself for the trifle of nearly €300 😱.
And all this without any notice of intervention or any other anticipation message. A bit pathetic in this day and age, but it's more the manufacturer than the mechanic with this killer message on the dashboard.
