They don't overcharge, and they do what's necessary without pushing you to consume, which is becoming very rare these days!

As a customer since they took over the garage, I've never had a single complaint about the service or the work done (mostly oil changes).
However, I'm very disappointed by my last experience (July 2024). The mechanic returned my car to me not meeting safety standards (overinflated tires) and with a leak after replacing my third rear brake light. Furthermore, he charged me for an engine cleaning, a service he never performed.
After a heated discussion, the mechanic admitted he hadn't taken the time to clean my engine or properly seal the brake light replacement. If I hadn't checked (which I never do, as I mainly get oil changes), I would have had a car that could have compromised my safety and that of my passengers, even though I paid in good faith. Furthermore, we may disagree, but nothing justifies this mechanic's physical aggression towards me (he threw my flat tire at me), nor his threats of physical assault, especially since he admitted to the accusations.
The dispute is closed because he acknowledged his dishonesty. He refunded me for the service he didn't perform (engine cleaning) and finished the unfinished work (sealing the brake light). That's it; I will no longer entrust my vehicle to him given his dishonesty and his aggression, both physical and verbal.
