From UK and travelling in a camper van. We needed coolant for the engine. A handsome chap in the atelier came to our aid instantly, poured in the required amount and refused any payment. Superb service with a lovely smile!

Amazing help, in English. We got our car window smashed. Within an hour, we were ready to go with a temporary window. Super service, highly recommended. Also for tourists!

great rental experience of older renault Captur. We stay at the Port de Plaisance and wanted to explore the local area (Cluny Tournus Briancon and Brou). Maxime B speaks a little english and we booked via the Renault site email contact page. Price fair and car was in excellent condition very clean.

I stumbled upon this garage by chance, and I highly recommend it. My car had broken down, and the mechanic came to my location immediately and offered several solutions. They replaced the battery and even gave me an interior and exterior wash. The staff was responsive, and the receptionists were welcoming and friendly. What more can I say? Go there!

Having experienced electronic problems with my Clio 5 hybrid, I was referred to the Burson garage in Gorrevod, which I wasn't familiar with. They were very responsive; the car was taken in the same day, they lent me a car, and they quickly provided a quote. Seeing my concern about the high cost, the owner gave me a discount and submitted a claim to Renault for the faulty part, as the car had expired a few months prior. I was reimbursed by Renault. I thank the garage team for their quality work, their professional service, and for their assistance with Renault. I highly recommend this garage for their reliability.
