Hello, this garage, which seems very professional, is anything but… Here's our experience with them: Following a manufacturer's airbag recall, I went to their appointment and, surprise, they hadn't ordered the correct airbag (an afternoon wasted for nothing). I had to go to three more appointments to finally get a result. When I picked up my car, I noticed the steering wheel wasn't working and the engine light was on… Then an engine fault appeared. Since I had wasted so much time with the airbag issue, they gave me a free diagnostic… And that's when my worries began: they replaced the solenoid valve for €500. I left their garage, the fault reappeared, and I saw oil everywhere under my car. I called them, and they asked me to come back to the garage to replace the leaking seal and check the new fault (which was the same as before). I paid another €400, and the car stayed with them for eight days. I picked it up and the warning light was still on, and there was still oil everywhere. I called them back and now they have a quote for over €3,000. I paid for nothing. I decided to go to another garage, and they told me they hear a lot about Citroën Gournay. At this small garage, the problem was fixed in 3 days for €271—what a difference! These are incompetent crooks with a storefront business, and legal proceedings have been initiated against them. Three people I know have experienced the same thing at the same garage. Don't be fooled by the Citroën brand… Mathieu Gandlarz, hoping you'll respond online to protect your reputation.

Already a very good telephone reception for making an appointment, experienced a charming lady, then a very pleasant welcome at the workshop, very professional, smiling and attentive person. This changes the feeling I had during the previous interview.... I recommend this garage.
