An encouraging first contact: a quick and flexible appointment, with the announced option to pay in installments.
But once there, the receptionist assured me that it wasn't possible and that the app hadn't worked for months. Yet, she had confirmed this to me over the phone...
I left my vehicle for its annual inspection anyway. A few hours later, I received a call: the battery needed changing. And this time, as if by magic, the three-part payment system worked again!
What a relief for her when I paid everything in one go...
