My husband and I were traveling around France in a rental car for vacation. We got a flat tire and this company came out to help us. We don’t speak French, but Sophie at the front desk helped communicate with us. She was so kind and such a big help during a stressful time! She helped communicate with our rental company, which eventually had to get us a taxi to take us to our next destination. Thank you to the company and staff for assisting us!

I made an appointment in September for a manufacturer's recall. The person on the phone was very unpleasant. The appointment was finally rescheduled for November 13th, almost two months later. When I arrived, they told me the parts hadn't arrived and that they didn't have my phone number (which I had given them when I made the appointment!). They brushed me off without offering a new appointment or even apologizing! If you need anything, definitely don't go there!

Quick and efficient service. The tow truck driver arrived promptly and was very friendly. The children were thrilled to get a ride in the truck. The owner agreed to hand over the suitcase, and we were able to leave with the car (luckily, nothing serious). A big thank you.

Extremely professional with a huge heart.
After a breakdown in the heart of the medieval town of Rocamadour on the Saturday of the August 15th weekend, he managed to get our car back on the road so we could continue our vacation.

On the way to our vacation, my old C25-based campervan started acting up. Luckily, it was taken care of at the Padirac chasm and brought back to the garage. A bit of a wait, as it was in the middle of the rush of the big weekend of August 15th, which is normal, but a quick look and a repair from the team reassured me. We were able to head back to the south coast and return home to Champagne. Thanks again to everyone, our vacation was saved. Kind regards.
