I came in for a minor bodywork estimate. The technician wasn't available this morning, but it wasn't anything serious.
I sent two detailed photos of the damage by email and received a reply that same evening, according to the receptionist (the technician returned in the afternoon).
I sent another email after a good week. It went unanswered. This is the only garage that hasn't responded to my estimate request. What a shame.

This is a very disappointing garage. The technicians are extremely competent and quick at repairing, but the secretary's extremely poor management doesn't ensure quality (forgotten orders from suppliers, no phone calls to update me on the situation, no apologies for forgetting important parts to be picked up at a dealership, unnecessary visits to the garage to tell me the car isn't ready, a socket is ultimately never delivered, so in the end, my car risks not passing the MOT...
How can you trust a garage like this?
The quality of the repairs is very good and the prices too, but not the follow-up.

This garage is crap.
I took them a C3 that runs on 3 cylinders instead of 4 🤔
Engine wiring harness diagnostics for €820.
After 3 weeks, they still hadn't received the wiring harness, then they told me they received the wrong one. I decided to take my car back to do it myself.
Wiring harness replacement.
Guess what, exactly the same problem.
I asked a mechanic to help me, who told me that first of all, I had to check the cylinder compression.
In fact, one cylinder had zero pressure, so it was dead.
Citroën Les Essarts kept the car for 3 weeks to perform a lousy diagnostic.
I did the compression test in 5 minutes, only to find out the engine was dead.
They're good at changing brake pads and tires.
