Despite a signed quote, when we came to pick up the car, the mechanic issued a higher invoice and refused to give us the keys back if we didn't pay. This is against the law: "unless you expressly agree to charge a supplement, the garage is not entitled to charge you an additional amount not included in the initial quote." A real lack of honesty...

This garage avoided an emergency call. I had my car repaired for a shock absorber and they tightened a screw incorrectly. I came back to them because the part was under warranty. The boss looked down on me. I'll never go back there again.

Zero customer service and a complete lack of professionalism. Our car broke down in Rouen, and we went to pick it up because it was supposedly repaired, but after a few kilometers, the problem returned. We drove hundreds of kilometers for nothing and had to take it back to the garage. We went back again, and today the problem persists. The work isn't done properly... I've been waiting for a document for my insurance for months, and despite several follow-ups, nothing at all. My calls and emails are ignored. Furthermore, the receptionist is unpleasant, and she was even disrespectful during a phone call. Avoid at all costs; you'll waste your time and money.

After calling me Saturday morning about a flat tire, Mr. Thebault told me to come in immediately, and half an hour later the repair was done. A very warm welcome, courteous and friendly. A reliable garage, good value for money. I highly recommend them. Thank you again.
