If you don't need your vehicle and aren't looking for help or advice, perhaps you'll be satisfied and in the right place. I need some advice regarding a service message that appeared on my vehicle in the last few hours. The proposal is a diagnostic for €164 in a month. This confirms that, having been a loyal customer for many years, I had stopped coming due to increasingly expensive services and a plummeting customer service... I'm not disappointed. I kept coming back anyway, thinking, you never know... the advice: go see a small garage... 😅😅😅😅. It's better to laugh...

The towing service was more than inadequate… I bought my 100% electric vehicle from Spoticar, and yesterday morning it completely stopped working. The owner's manual recommends an immediate stop, but the tow truck driver drove it for 500 meters despite our explanations. Furthermore, these vehicles are supposed to be towed on a flatbed truck, and if we hadn't insisted, it would have been towed with two wheels on the ground.
After we insisted, the driver looked into it and told us he would come back with a flatbed truck and let us know before picking it up.
A text message was sent after he had already left, so it's impossible to know how my car was towed…
Who will pay for the damage if he's damaged something? Certainly not me, that's for sure!
It would be good to review some basics, because this tow truck driver ignores us as soon as we speak to him.
I am very disappointed with this service and the handling of my vehicle…
