Every man for himself!!!! Being called an "idiot" on the phone for a simple question about the possibility of assembling a shock absorber kit (arms, springs, top mounts…) is unheard of! I'm going to Norauto then; it's not for lack of wanting to support small garages.

Very unpleasant, rude old lady, speaks to you like you're a dog. It's a shame you can't give zero stars. I'll never set foot in that place again. And to the mechanic, stand up for yourself! Don't stay under your mother's thumb! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!

Turn around and run away!
I showed up today because of a rattling noise when I was driving my car. The lady asked me if I was a customer here. I told her no, but that I had recently started working across the street from the garage (it's convenient). She asked me if my car had been serviced. I told her yes. She ended up cutting me off and telling me to go see my usual garage, because it wasn't possible (I wouldn't get any further explanation). She wouldn't even offer me an appointment later or anything else. In short, I'd go somewhere else! Since the lady didn't want to bother, I lost 5 minutes of my lunch break to get sent packing! 🥲

I don't know if the same lady at the switchboard is still there, but she must scare a lot of people away, she's as rude as can be.
Change jobs, madam.

The garage manager is really far from friendly. It's like she takes malicious pleasure in treating customers like dogs. I would never set foot in this garage again and I would even prefer to pay more elsewhere, but where I would be treated with the minimum respect that one should have towards a customer. I strongly advise against it.
