Great customer service from CITROEN following a severe unknown breakdown. I brought my car back on 3 separate times with issue unresolved. The Repair shop boss was very supportive on 3 consecutive visits and provided me a rental car each time while successfully repairing the malfunction system on my car. I highly recommend CITROEN in Granville for a very professional personnel and Top Notch customer service. Thank you CITROEN Granville. The team at Citroën Granville was extremely efficient from start to finish during the engine replacement process on my C3, and I thank them for that. Communication was smooth, explanations were perfectly clear, and the service was very pleasant. I highly recommend these professionals and would not hesitate to use their services again if needed.
