Avoid at all costs… only the receptionist is friendly. No one pays any attention to the customers, not even a hello…
Overall skill level is questionable, and follow-up on files is haphazard…
But the invoices are quite detailed, especially at €130/hour for basic mechanics.
Reading the positive reviews, you quickly realize that the good ones come from people close to the staff, lol.

Phone call for information.
I called this afternoon for some information and received a friendly welcome on the phone. Once I asked my question, the person I spoke to told me to hold, and immediately I was connected to an AI. Of course, I heard nothing more from the person I spoke to afterward. Honestly, what's happening to this? I'm afraid you've lost a customer.
