Garage that I recommend 100%, Mr. MOUET, the manager is available, responsive, competent and extremely kind. Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the service. Thank you for everything, it is becoming rare these days to have such competent professionals.

My previous review from July was recently deleted, apparently annoying.
I'll keep it short. This garage is worth avoiding, charging without notifying the customer in advance; a serious lack of transparency. Anything goes to make money.
Difficult communication.
Unpleasant secretary.

As a customer for four years, I consistently appreciate the efficiency of the team at Garage de l'Avenue. Whether it's for major or minor breakdowns, I always find a quick and reasonably priced solution for both my car and my van. It's a pleasure to be able to trust your mechanic!

One word: RUN AWAY... for an alternator they replaced without completely repairing our vehicle, since the alternator remained faulty. After 10 days, we were forced to take our vehicle back and have it repaired elsewhere, only to be told that it was actually the alternator replaced by Garage de l'Avenue that was faulty!!!
So we asked for a refund for the new part, which, as everyone knows, is guaranteed, but supposedly, according to them, the warranty doesn't always apply, which is absolutely false.
We received a refund after more than 3 months of regular phone calls to both the supplier and the garage... A DISGRACE
The boss remains kind until the moment you ask for a refund, as luck would have it!!!

Very good garage at reasonable prices
A very kind and pleasant owner and a really kind and pleasant secretary too. I highly recommend it.
