Hello, pleasant staff. The only downside is that I applied for a registration certificate in February and I've been waiting a month to receive it, while another person who does registration certificates told me 15 days maximum, and when I ask where it is, it's impossible to get an answer, even though they have access to the website to see everything with the car's registration and name... I find myself in a complicated situation because of them.

Terrible phone reception and no administrative follow-up. I was asked to wait for 5 months only to learn that the part was never ordered. I finally went to another garage who fixed the problem very quickly! What a waste of time!

Catastrophic on a mechanical level, nothing to say, it was just the first service of a new car, but on an administrative level, it was a disaster. Martine, as the regulars call her, is very kind, but unfortunately, kind is not a job!! She has been making me wait for months for a refund, and when I contact the organization, she has never done anything as requested.

I knew what the problem was (the alternator needed replacing). This garage charged me 80 euros (for a 5-minute job) just to connect a black and a red wire to confirm that the alternator was indeed faulty. Luckily, I had mentioned the cause of the breakdown, otherwise I shudder to think how much it would have cost... Avoid at all costs.

Martine and the team at the station always give a very pleasant welcome. However, a wheel-tire swap, estimated by the workshop manager at €80, turned into €160 by him. I still can't believe it...
