A quick update on a recent visit. A warm welcome, excellent service, and clear, straightforward explanations.
The repair was completed as quickly as possible, especially considering the busy holiday season.
In short, very satisfied. My previous mechanic, whom I'd been going to for 20 years, has retired, so I'm very happy to have found a Renault garage that offers the same quality of service.
I highly recommend them.

A breakdown in the middle of August! And finding a Renault or Dacia garage open at this time of year! My car is still under warranty, and the dealer who sold it to me couldn't take care of it because of the holidays.
I went to the Splendid garage and explained what was happening. The owner immediately understood what I was talking about. He agreed to do the repair, the hours are perfect, and the work is executed perfectly. And I looked at the reviews on Google, which are all good. You've gained a customer. Very good service, clear explanations, well-conducted diagnostics, repairs OK, carried out with care to control the bill, even when struggling to find the part. I recommend!

Very good garage. I've been servicing my Renaults and those of my friends and family there for over 25 years. Changes in team or even management have never caused me to change!
Always transparent, accommodating, always offering the best compromise between price and reliability. The one thing they're uncompromising about: safety. I've never had a bad experience with them, nor have I felt like they were trying to offer the most expensive services. In short, professional.
If I could give them 6 stars, I would!
