I came in because my car trunk wouldn't close. They completely disassembled the wiring harness, but they put it all back together incorrectly, and now everything keeps coming loose. I had to have the control unit reinstalled on the steering wheel. The windshield wiper control unit is the same. The turn signal is broken, and so on. My trunk is working again because we repaired it ourselves, even though they told me the entire control unit connecting the wires needed replacing. This garage doesn't know what it's doing. I absolutely do not recommend them. It got even worse after I went there!

A very, very, very bad experience at the Renault garage in Gruchet-le-Valasse.
I paid around €600 for a repair of the electronic parking brake on my Laguna. Two weeks later, the same problem reappeared (key warning light + parking brake fault). The garage took the car back, "fixed" the problem, but it came back about ten days later.
Today, I find myself driving without a working electronic parking brake, despite an expensive repair that clearly hasn't solved the problem.
In addition to that, the reception was cold and unprofessional, with very little explanation given during the second service visit.
I am extremely disappointed by the lack of efficiency and consideration.
After sending a registered letter, the Renault group can't do anything! The garage staff claimed they never received the email requesting the second repair, even though this email was sent in front of two witnesses! Given the price paid, the recurring nature of the problem, and their bad faith, I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

I came in with a hose problem, my car was taken care of immediately and I was able to pick it up the next day. Very friendly staff, I highly recommend them.
