I took my 2019 Seat to have the rear brakes serviced and its CT done. My previous experiences with Seat servicing have not be particularly positive due to long wait times for an appointment, overcrowded car parks and over busy staff. None of these things occurred this time. I found a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere with proactive and flexible staff.
Only 4 stars because the prices are high (but not excessive for a main dealer).

English tourist with very limited French. My oil need changing light came up on the dash of my 2023 Skoda Fabia Monte Carlo. I called in, Wed 16th July 2025 at 17.30Hrs and in very limited French, but using Google Translate, to ask for an oil change. Shrugged shoulders and said no. I believe he may have said we're full, but I tried offer my phone with google translate, to ask if there was a slot in the near future. He shugged shoulders and said no. No attempt to explain why? I thought that VW/Skoda we're a quality brand where you could get assistance anywhere in Europe?
I wasn't demanding that it should be done instantly, but I wasn't expecting a NO with no further attempt at dialogue or compromise.
Stuff you garage St. Christophe ,Guerert. I'm sure that VW Europe will be interested to hear of your lack of customer concern.
I'll find a more friendly garage around Gueret, who wants business. As for VW/Skoda, I'll buy another brand next time. I previoudly had a Nissan and on two occasiwhen touring france, Nissan were fantastic, and previous to that, so we're Ford.

An oil change, was that so hard? Next week, the week after, we're you so busy that you couldn't, wouldn't explain?
