We had a breakdown on our Citroën C4 and had to send the car to this dealership ‼️ After a few days, we had to call to check on the situation ‼️ Here's the workshop's response: "We don't have time to diagnose the problem; we'll have to wait a month and a half at best to get the case on the car."😂 Such a simple gesture for a mechanic ☹️ I went to this dealership to pick up my vehicle and have it taken to a garage without the fancy "Citroën" logo. I spent over an hour in front of the beautiful window of the Guingamp dealership, getting my vehicle ready for transport in front of customers ‼️ I took the opportunity to explain my situation 😂 This place is to be avoided if your car breaks down. The unpleasant workshop manager behind his computer screen managed an empty workshop ‼️ In fact, you have to see this workshop manager behind a window at the back of the dealership. Luckily, there are friendly receptionists to greet customers 👍 Above all, don't stop; there's nothing to see except an employee behind a "customer-unfriendly" window. If I could give a negative rating, I would gladly do so. Before, there was Covid, and now it's TAKATA's fault 🤪🤪

Since July 15, 2025, my Citroën C4 Spacetourer has been broken down at Citroën Guingamp. Since then, we've been patiently explaining to them that the work won't be done right away (lack of staff, Takata airbag problems, too many vehicles, etc.). In short, for the past two months, we've been taken for a ride! But we don't have a car! And Citroën won't lend us one either, of course. (There are five of us.) How much longer are we going to wait for our car?

I received a call from the dealership which I didn't answer. A voicemail was left where you can hear a woman whispering, so nothing is understandable. So I called back. I was transferred to a second woman who started trying to sell me their new car. When I explained that I thought it was completely crazy, she told me I shouldn't have called back. She's a total nutcase!
