400 euros for a service. For a vehicle less than 10 years old and driven very little. Thanks for perpetuating the stereotype of ripping off mechanics.
I've been coming here for several years, and today, faced with this exorbitant bill, I've finally decided to check prices and get quotes elsewhere... My conclusion is that I won't be back.

Purchased a utility vehicle last March. Being a novice and without knowledge, I trust and form an opinion based on reviews. One month later, oil leak (let's move on, but still €400 for repairs). Service done this month in September 2024 by a mechanic who told me that the vehicle clearly does not have the mileage displayed on the odometer given the state of wear of certain parts. So I admit that you are selling this vehicle on behalf of one of your customers/neighbors of the garage, but check what you are selling as a professional.

I called for a quote by phone, the person told me: all Renault garages are the same price, (to which I replied that I had made requests for quotes with sometimes a difference of 200 euros), I was told: I am expensive, there is no point in me taking the time to make a quote.
