Overall, I'm satisfied with the Taquipneu Hagetmau team. Their prices for fitting and tires are very reasonable, and the fitting process is quick.
The mechanics are completely professional and always attentive to customers; I have no complaints about their work.
However, I'm deducting two stars because of the targeted advertising sent to my personal number at 7 PM: it's really inappropriate and unnecessary.

A friendly and highly professional team. They take the time to explain and check everything to answer all our questions. I highly recommend them. They checked to see where the problem with my car was coming from and fitted the tires 🤝🏻

First: there's always someone to answer the phone with a smile (you can hear it) and professionalism. Second: the team did everything they could to get me out of a terrible situation with my supposedly professional (but actually useless) roadside assistance service. I sincerely recommend this establishment!

Honesty is key...
I arrived on time (I was the first appointment).
The guys aren't bad, but I think changing tires isn't that complicated...
I had a bad experience, thinking all auto centers were the same when it came to labor, but I was sorely mistaken...
For your information, they teach you how to change tires without damaging the rims in the first year of a vocational training program (CAP or Bac Pro)... (I have a CAP and a Bac Pro in Automotive Mechanics).
I certainly won't be going back, and I wouldn't recommend them either.
The price is the price, but honesty is key.
I'm quite sure the mechanic saw the damage, because even a blind person could have seen it.

I went to have my car tires replaced, and when I picked it up, I noticed my rims had been scratched during the mounting. A mechanic told me that women don't know how to drive! A fascist, no less!
I'll never go back to that unprofessional garage.
