Good evening,
I wanted to share my experience regarding the purchase and subsequent maintenance of my Peugeot Expert 2.0 HDI van with automatic transmission.
Firstly, regarding the purchase itself, I was very well received by a young man named Theo Grob (a salesperson specializing in business clients). He perfectly understood my needs by asking the right questions about how I would use the vehicle, which is quite rare these days, as most salespeople simply want to make a sale. Frankly, this young man impressed me with his professionalism, technical knowledge, and understanding of the competitive market.
In short, a very positive experience with this advisor, and I highly recommend him.
Then there's the service. Yes, the vehicle is a few months old now, and I've had a few minor issues, but nothing serious, as they were handled with responsiveness and professionalism. A special thank you to Vincent, the after-sales service receptionist (I believe), who was very pleasant and helpful.
You can feel the presence of a new generation, highly motivated to do excellent work.

Leasing with them since 2024, no problems whatsoever.
Quick service appointments, excellent customer service.
Once we picked up the vehicle, the team contacted us a few days later to check the quality of the service provided and make sure everything was OK. Customer service and satisfaction are among their top priorities! Marie-Jo is competent, pleasant, and clearly explains the process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Great job!

I arrived late afternoon with a problem: my dipped headlights weren't working.
The technical service quickly grasped the issue, especially given the early sunsets.
Fifteen minutes later, my vehicle was returned to me with the problem resolved.

I have some advice and a review:
My advice: AVOID GOING TO PEUGEOT HOEHNEIM!!! Let me explain: I bought my car from a garage other than Peugeot, and the previous owner had completely wrecked it.
I went to Hoehneim for a window problem… I left with scratches on the bodywork and the interior LEDs no longer working, even though they were working just before. I complained, and they clearly told me and my father that they didn't want to know anything about it, that it wasn't their fault. But the car had been there for two weeks 😑 and I hadn't had any of these problems… and the worst part is that they did work without my CONSENT!!!! Avoid Hoehneim at all costs, that's my advice!!
And my opinion about Haguenau is that they are excellent!! I had my car serviced there, and I got it back in pristine condition!! Clean, cleaned inside and out, it was quick and, above all, well done!!
Yesterday I dropped off my car because a rodent had chewed through a hose. They repaired it so quickly and it was done perfectly! The welcome was really warm and friendly!
I had mentioned my LED problem and my overall disappointment with Hoehneim to Marie Jo. She was incredibly attentive, always found solutions, and even though the person wasn't easy to deal with, she always tried to find a compromise! She called me to say my car was ready, and the best part is that they repaired the LEDs and found a solution to my problems. I highly recommend this Peugeot dealership!
Because, be warned, just because they have the same name doesn't mean they're all the same!
