My car was in for repairs for four months, and in the end, it came back with broken parts that needed fixing... What disappointed me most was the complete lack of updates regarding the progress, the timeframe, etc., and some of the spare parts are exorbitantly expensive... Well, I guess everyone's just trying to make a profit to survive

Simply put: I received no service whatsoever.
I dropped my car off there on August 7th for a few minor issues, nothing serious.
A week went by, no news, so I called, but got no answer for several days.
After ten days, I finally got a response and was told, "We're running behind schedule."
It's now been three weeks since my car was in that garage. I came to pick it up with my father, and neither the receptionist nor the mechanic had any idea my car was there. They also didn't know where the keys were.
When I opened my car door, I noticed it hadn't been opened for at least a week, maybe more, and I should have suspected as much since it was parked in the same spot where I left it on August 7th.
Disastrous, avoid at all costs.
