A caring mechanic who understands emergencies and offers real service. Nothing like other Citroën garages.
Two or three years ago, I had a problem two days before leaving for vacation. My usual garage didn't even try to understand, or even reschedule a maintenance visit, for example. Then I toured Citroën garages (three or four others), and they all got the same message. Nothing like the ads that make you think you can just arrive without an appointment. A complete lie...
Van Elsland understood my problem and did everything he could to ensure I could cover my vacation with my three children.
As a result, he covered my maintenance and that of my wife's car. What's more, I advertised him in my company, and he covered the maintenance of the company's vehicles.
I'm already missing the day he retires.

This garage carried out the repairs without calling me beforehand! Even though I had specifically asked them to call me to confirm the price! The repairs did not pose any danger to road safety!

I'm very disappointed with the service.
I mean, when purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, the salesperson is difficult to reach, and when we finally get a date for the appointment, the salesperson stands us up!!
We drove 120 km round trip to see a vehicle that turned out to be broken down, and to top it all off, the salesperson didn't call us beforehand to let us know!!
And he didn't show up on the day of the appointment to tell us; we only spoke to him by phone!!
In short, very, very disappointed.
