My Citroën C4 broke down and was taken to this establishment by our insurance company.
Nothing but praise! The receptionist was fantastic and knew how to manage her colleagues.
It's a shame my wife doesn't drive a Renault...

I'm never going back to that garage.
I had an extended warranty on my vehicle, and I forwarded my email to their service department for instructions on how to proceed to avoid any surprises when I picked up my car. They didn't follow up at all, and I had to pay for a diagnostic scan. They claim I was informed of this price when I made the appointment, which is false. Neither when I went for the appointment nor on the day itself did they mention paying for the scan. When I say they didn't inform me, they make me out to be a liar.
Finally, I received a refund for the diagnostic scan through my extended warranty, and, surprisingly, they supposedly offered a goodwill gesture for the reprogramming done by the garage, even though Renault covered it because my car is only 3 years old.
Stay away!
P.S.: The reprogramming didn't change anything; the engine warning light came back on the very next day.

I highly recommend Delannoy Garage, both for their excellent service and their professionalism.
In addition to the quick and efficient work, we were pleasantly surprised to find our vehicle completely cleaned.
I think we've just discovered some real gems!

I took my vehicle in for an appraisal, but it ultimately couldn't be repaired. However, the person who looked after my vehicle took the time to explain the reason for the appraiser's decision, to walk me through the vehicle, and also gave me advice on what to do next.

I dropped off my vehicle for bodywork repairs and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the work, with the added bonus that's always appreciated (a complete interior and exterior cleaning). I'll definitely be back! 😁
