Hello, I asked for the price of a simple oil change for my Koleos (oil and filter). They quoted me €285, which seems expensive. I checked the My Renault app and it says €165. I called them, and the receptionist told me that's normal: for cars over 12 years old, it's €285. I told her my car is a 2017 model, as you can see on your screen. Then she told me the €165 service has no warranty in case of problems 🫣🫣 But they can still do it for you. I told her I have the description right here; everything she's saying is a lie. Before going there, check the Renault website for prices. They won't see me again, that's for sure. Hello, I'm replying to your message here because I can't seem to reply to you. Let's put things in context: I asked for a simple oil change as part of my regular service, the one at 165. I clearly stated that I didn't want the one at 285. She said it was possible. Then, when I explained this to her, she clearly stated that nothing was guaranteed. And that this guarantee only applied to cars over 12 years old, which isn't my 2017 model. She told me to wait and that she would check with her manager. So, no, you weren't there because she hung up. I called back immediately and had to wait a good two minutes because she had to come and get you. I don't see the point in saying just anything. I have nothing to gain from it. When I read the responses to all your reviews, I understand better that you always maintain the correct perspective and that the customer is always wrong. I stand by my position, because that's exactly how it happened. When I ask for a simple oil and filter change and they offer me something else, it's completely irrelevant. Thank you. I won't be returning to you. I'll call another Renault dealership and explain the situation, and I don't find this acceptable. Sincerely

When I see all the good reviews about this garage, I don't understand the problem I had. After a 111,300 km service, I thought the car would be available all day, but between 8:30 am and 12 pm, I received a call saying it was finished. I didn't check; I trusted them. I took the car to a private rental customer, and that's when I realized there was no windshield washer fluid. I called them, and the manager defended his team, suggesting an engine problem or a leak. I went to the garage and explained the situation. It was no use; he wanted to see for himself, which I understand. At the end of the 3-day rental, I went back with the vehicle in the same condition. They confirmed the lack of fluid, ran tests, and indeed, the team had forgotten to add some. With over 40 checkpoints, I have serious doubts. A half-hearted apology. NO COMPENSATION. Yet, three visits for the same issue. And all they see is the cost of the fluid. So they topped it up. No engine failure, no reservoir leak. I asked for a quote for the damaged front fender. I'm still waiting. Now I'm definitively done with this garage and recommend the Renault dealership in Fâchés-Thumesnil, opposite Auchan. In five years, I've never had a single complaint about them. The front grille came loose, and they didn't even bother to put it back on, claiming it was broken. I just put it back on myself. My air filter wasn't changed either. I have serious doubts about the rest. I will file a complaint against them if any other surprises arise. Yet, my emissions warning light comes on from time to time. 🤷 €245 for shoddy workmanship and a quick, botched job. Beware, I do not recommend them at all.

A truly top-notch garage! The team at Garage Lecuppre in Haubourdin is as professional as it is friendly. A warm welcome, quick service, and above all, clear and honest advice, which is becoming increasingly rare. My vehicle was repaired quickly and the work is impeccable. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality of service. I recommend them without hesitation; it's now my go-to garage!

I came in for an oil change and I'll never go back! The windshield washer fluid is diluted with water, the coolant is above the max, and so is the oil level! As a result, I have to remove the excess oil and coolant by suction. In short, this garage should be avoided.
