Order placed 2 weeks ago, they said Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday, it finally ended up being Friday. And instead of apologizing, the saleswoman was rude to the customer. However, the salesman was friendly and professional (for entry-level speakers, and they didn't do the installation).

The work was carried out without any problems. I'm giving it a 2/5, however, because some things in my car were missing, including a shopping bag with connected scales and other high-tech products. Bottom line: don't bring any belongings with you. A report will of course be filed with the police.

If you have time to waste, this is the place! I take an hour out of my work schedule for this appointment. They tell me it'll take an hour for an alignment, but I come back after 45 minutes, and my car hasn't moved. I stand there in front of the secretary, who doesn't pay attention to me. After 5 minutes, I ask her if it's finished. She tells me she doesn't know, she'll find out. And she comes back to tell me they couldn't get it onto the lift and offers me another appointment. I ask her if it's serious and why she didn't call me beforehand to let me know, but apparently that's not her responsibility. When I left, surprisingly, a utility vehicle and a 4x4 were on the lift, but my city car couldn't go.
In short, useless and unprofessional.
