Welcoming and smiling, you're always well received by Esther. Special mention goes to the team and also to the owner, who takes the time to explain what needs to be done on the vehicle. (The latter had a problem with the EGR valve.) The repairs are carried out with care and professionalism, using well-known, high-quality parts. Proud to have a great garage like this in my village =) I recommend it!

I'm delighted with my four visits to this garage. The service I received today (servicing and MOT), including a loaner car to take me home, went perfectly. The work was meticulous, and the manager was helpful and offered excellent advice. I highly recommend them!

A manager who doesn't keep his word.
Following a service visit for my vehicle, he agreed to take it back for €5,000.
Three weeks later, since he was on vacation during that time, we made an appointment. We arrived there to pick up the vehicle.
He wasn't there because he'd forgotten we were supposed to come (so much for professionalism!). Then, he asked his secretary to ask us questions about the vehicle's condition, even though everything had been approved beforehand and was known to this gentleman. He then offered €1,000 less. So, for three weeks now, I've been insuring a vehicle that's no longer being used, waiting for a standard garage to take it back, and it will never be taken back.
I'm left with a vehicle whose re-inspection hasn't been done and is now expired, because Mr. Vernissat assured me he would take the vehicle back and carry out all the necessary pre-sale work at his garage.
In terms of reliability, I do not recommend him at all; he is a carpet salesman, and this is just the beginning of the publicity I will give him in the canton.

My car broke down at the nearby campsite, and they took me in right away and were able to fix it. The workshop manager was super friendly.

I've taken several vehicles to this garage, and each time the service has been impeccable.
From booking the appointment to returning the vehicle, everything is handled very professionally. They respect the quoted prices and deadlines, and each time the vehicle is returned in pristine condition.
I want to emphasize the patience of the staff.
Last time, there was a hysterical woman who was making a huge fuss over a trade-in issue. She was yelling because she didn't agree with the price they offered for her car.
The staff were very polite and professional in handling the situation, even though it clearly warranted a serious talking-to.
In conclusion, I recommend this garage 100%.
