This is a disaster! I bought a battery yesterday afternoon, and I had to call a breakdown service this morning who told me the battery didn't work.
I went back to Feu Vert, where they tested it, and it didn't work. The second battery of the same model that they also tried didn't work either.
The salesperson, who was unpleasant by the way, told me, "Yes, but it's a budget battery that nobody buys." No goodwill gesture for another battery, plus €25 to install it.
I lost a whole morning of work trying to resolve this problem. The law requires a refund for a defective product from day one. Avoid this store!

The service I received did not match the quote. I had to pay an extra 80 euros and only discovered the price difference when I picked up my vehicle. I wasn't contacted to discuss it or get my consent. In the end, they changed the brakes, but my vehicle doesn't brake at all. I reported it, and the problem was resolved. I am very disappointed.

I went to Feu Vert today to have my tire pressure checked. The person who took care of me was very good, very pleasant, very kind. However, an employee of this garage was very unpleasant, pleasant, nasty, no respect for the customer. It seemed like he was bothered to be working today. He was busy with a camper van. I don't know the name of this person, but this person is very unpleasant.
