Beware! Run away!! Attempted scam!!
Following an accident, my car was taken to this garage. The bodywork was repaired with used parts (even though I had refused to have them used).
Furthermore, my car only had minor body damage, but I picked it up with the engine warning light on. (My car was sputtering and had trouble accelerating.)
I immediately went back to the garage to report it, but they told me the garage wasn't responsible, even though my car was running perfectly before. A mechanic friend noticed that my four spark plugs were loosened to the maximum (to the point where he could loosen them with his pinky finger).
I have therefore contacted the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control). STOP! These dishonest people must be shut down!!!!

I don't even understand why this garage still has the Renault badge on its facade! My wife dropped her car off at this garage (Clio 3) after an accident. I went there specifically, and in the end, I heard they put in used body parts!
We ended up with new hubcaps and old ones on the other side, "instead of ordering four..." We ended up with different hubcaps on each side of the car, and I'm not even talking about the paint finishes!!!
My wife had to return it because of a major leak on the rocker panel! Traces of paint on the black plastic parts are still visible!!!
The door indicator cover is coming off. On the road! Yes, a used doorman! In short, a garage to avoid!
P.S.: We didn't get the quote that was sent to the insurance company 🤔🤔

I'm extremely disappointed with this garage. We went there (two girls) to have a dent repaired, and the body shop guy immediately told me I needed to replace the bumper... which I don't think is necessary.
We went to a competitor, and surprisingly, they were able to straighten the bumper. Taking advantage of people's lack of knowledge is truly pathetic.

My vehicle was taken to this garage by my insurance company following an accident, with a two-month delay to change a ball joint and bodywork. I picked up my vehicle, they gave me the keys and they took me to the garage where it was, they didn't even show me what had been done, a few weeks later I discovered missing screws when I opened the hood, broken parts, a broken windshield which subsequently cracked....very unhappy, I do not recommend this garage at all

Incompetent people caused a breakdown before I left for vacation and are incapable of fixing it. I had to go to another Dacia dealership to get it repaired. Appalling.
