I'm not a direct customer of "Citroën Hesdin," but rather of a distant Citroën dealership where I had scheduled a service appointment (end of March).
On the day, the garage was closed (the current situation may explain this). I should point out that I have no complaints about this dealership!
My review focuses on the reaction of the Hesdin garage, which dispatched one of its technicians (who was otherwise friendly) to the site, opened the garage, and performed the scheduled service. That's definitely worth a good review!

We brought our vehicle in because of starting problems. We were told the vehicle's injectors were dead, and that it would cost €2,000 to repair.
We preferred to visit other garages to be sure of the problem, and then, surprise: it was simply a faulty sensor that cost €32! And our vehicle is working properly again. We absolutely do not recommend this garage!! Never again, for our part.

My husband and I are satisfied with the repairs carried out by the garage. The reception staff were welcoming, and the mechanics were experienced (better than those in Auchel, by the way: adjustments were made and it makes a noticeable difference in the car's performance). Thank you to the garage for the speed of the repairs.

Visit in August 2020 while traveling in the North. ABS sensor problem.
Very professional service following a telephone consultation and a quick appointment (even though we were on vacation).
Very friendly and always professional welcome!!
Problem solved in less than 24 hours (even though parts had to be ordered).
I recommend this garage, for the staff and a special mention to the mechanic who allowed me to leave with peace of mind!

I don't recommend this garage, excessive prices and unpleasant boss. On the phone, he assured me he wouldn't charge me for storage fees, but when he got there, he had a nasty surprise... at 36 euros a day! As a bonus, he refused to install adaptable parts.
