I bought the vehicle from them with the promise that anything 80% worn would be replaced. Within five months, I had to replace the discs and pads. Their response: they're consumables; we don't replace what still works.
Clearly, we don't all share the same sense of professional responsibility.

Vehicle purchased in mid-2024 from this dealership. The sales staff and other personnel were excellent. Despite a few issues with my vehicle, the garage didn't hesitate to respond and quickly find a solution, even when they weren't obligated to.
Therefore, I highly recommend this garage for its honesty and generosity (rare these days).

Excellent experience with this garage, which I contacted urgently due to an engine overheating issue.
The dealership where I usually have my car serviced has lost a customer because from now on I'll be using Garage Tarrade! Fair prices and very pleasant staff. No complaints whatsoever!
