Still no news a month and a half after the assessor came to repair my car. And when we call (whether it's the insurance company, the assessor, or me), it goes straight to voicemail.
I had to contact the insurance company to change garages; they're completely unprofessional.

Fantastic garage!!! Absolutely nothing to complain about, the owner is great, super accommodating! He has his moods and speaks his mind! Like many people! But he's fantastic!!! Don't believe the fake reviews from people who have never been to this garage, especially the wife of the former mayor of Houplin-Ancoisne!!! I've never seen her at the garage in all the time I've been going there, and besides, she doesn't drive a Peugeot!!!

AVOID this garage!!! The manager is unpleasant and sighs when he sees you return because the problem is still unresolved and the car failed its MOT (French roadworthiness test). He didn't even try to find the source of the problem and was supposed to call me back to discuss it with a colleague; I'm still waiting after two weeks. Thank you to the Peugeot garage in Annoeullin for their professionalism, their attentiveness, and especially for finding the problem. When you look for it, you find it!!!
