This garage is remarkably professional and efficient, and the reception staff is absolutely charming. My car, with nearly 170,000 km on the clock, was taken care of very quickly and returned within 24 hours. The mechanic even took the time to explain in detail what had happened. I highly recommend them!

Garage that, apparently, does not need money because the first time, I asked for a quote for installing speakers on a Twingo and it's been 3 years now that I still haven't received it. Recently, a request for a quote for repair before visiting a Clio that I'm still waiting for and it's been a month now. In addition, no loaner vehicle for these customers. This garage is pathetic. Strongly avoid.

🔴 Customer review – extremely disappointed, catastrophic experience 🔴
I just left this Renault garage in Ifs (14123) with a completely unreasonable diagnosis that borders on fraud. My Clio 4 has 175,000 km on it, and it still runs normally except for an intermittent glitch that displays "Check gearbox." No engine warning lights, no major symptoms, but the garage tells me the gearbox is "dead," that the ECU is "melting" (?!), and gives me a quote of €7,500 including labor to replace everything.
Even worse, they tell me it's impossible to install a used gearbox, which is completely false: any good garage can do it with reprogramming. Either they are completely incompetent, or they think people are idiots and want to charge full price for a new gearbox when there are solutions that are ten times cheaper.
No attempt at a precise diagnosis, no search for a reasonable solution, just direct pressure to squeeze a huge budget out of a car they're no longer interested in. It's shameful to treat customers like this. I strongly advise against this garage if you're looking for honest or competent service.
Frankly, if you value your car and your wallet, stay away from this garage. There are more honest and competent professionals out there. I'm done with them.
