Catastrophic experience, garage to be avoided at all costs! The experience was so bad that I sincerely wonder how this garage can still represent Citroën. I entrusted my vehicle to them for a simple airbag replacement, and everything was a disaster from start to finish. From the moment they took my car in, no inspection was carried out: no walk-around inspection, no photos, nothing. My father, who doesn't speak French, was asked to sign documents without any explanation, and then these same documents were taken back and filled out again in his absence, which is completely unacceptable. After the service, we picked up the car… and barely 500 meters later, we discovered a huge crack in the windshield/panoramic sunroof, a crack that hadn't been there at all that morning. We returned immediately: a complete refusal to acknowledge their mistake, contradictory explanations, and an unprofessional attitude. Even worse: the "vehicle inspection" document was discreetly taken from the car, brought inside, and then altered afterward, without my father being informed or present. The manager's behavior clearly suggests that the goal is to cover his tracks rather than be honest. Customer service is nonexistent: no listening, an aggressive tone, no solutions offered, and even contradictions regarding the presence or absence of security cameras in the workshop. In short: a garage that doesn't inspect vehicles, alters documents after they've been signed, denies the obvious, and completely refuses to take responsibility for damage caused on their premises. We will be taking all necessary steps with Citroën France, the automotive ombudsman, our insurance company, and the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control). Absolutely avoid this place.

Merci encore ! Ce garage a réussi à dépanner mon véhicule (D'une autre marque) quand d'autres professionnels ou même le concessionnaire de ladite marque n'avaient réussi ou daigné agir. Excellent accueil et excellents professionnels, un véritable garage de confiance.
