As a regular customer, I've always been well received and the maintenance of my cars is completely satisfactory. The welcome is particularly pleasant and the workshop manager is attentive. The whole team knows their job. I own three Peugeots: a 1938 classic, a 3008 2.0 HDI 180 hp, and a 2008 PureTech whose engine has the well-known design flaws... However, the customer/professional relationship is constructive and friendly, and there's a genuine desire to satisfy the customer by offering the best solution to any problems encountered. When everything is going well, it's important to say so, so I'm doing it. 🙂

I had a flat tire today and the manager and staff were super nice. Since I didn't have any tires available right away, they offered to install my spare tire so I could get going again. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Wanting to change cars for something more reliable, I traded in my 207 and got a Clio VI. I received excellent advice and support. A two-week wait was planned to allow time for preparing the car, passing the MOT, cleaning, etc. Unfortunately, my 207 broke down, and the garage took care of it directly from the garage where the tow truck had left my car. Even though they obviously didn't charge me much for my car, it wasn't drivable, and they were very accommodating. I was able to get my Clio back five or six days earlier than expected. Although, as a result, I couldn't get a professional car wash, as they were only coming the next day. I thank the manager for his responsiveness and honesty.
I recommend them 1000%. I only noticed a few minor, almost invisible scratches that weren't pointed out to me, but otherwise, I never had any problems.

To be avoided, completely in the strawberries and not professional management. Dropped off my car for several repairs because it did not pass the inspection. 3 months of waiting (counter visit exceeded thank you I have to redo a complete inspection), because certainly there was a little work, but since the repairs exceeded the Argus value, it was absolutely necessary that I sign the estimates. But sends the estimates by email with an email that does not even have the name of the garage, suddenly I missed it and calls me after 3 weeks to inform me that he had sent an estimate, they did it to me twice (if still after sending it he would have called me to inform me but no) because suddenly I monopolized a car for 3 months instead of 15 days so it did not suit them and that is thanks to that it did not last too long, then I arrive on the day of return of my car, loan car not available. I had to wait 1 hour in the garage and during this hour, the mechanic who openly talks to anyone who will listen that my car is a wreck on wheels and that it pisses him off to work on it is average when the customer is still in the garage, especially to talk about it in the showroom with other customers, there were more costs than expected (HS engine). They gave me a quote for the replacement of the engine, but I wanted to redo it clearly they made me understand that it pissed them off to work on it. The customer chose even though it was worth 3 or 4 thousand euros and the car was only worth 500 euros, the Argus value, so it was distributed without all the repairs being done. But too bad, the straw that broke the camel's back, to pay, I wrote two checks, specifying to cash them on the 5th of each month. So the first check was cashed on the 5th, no problem, the second on the 28th of the same month, thank you. Now I'm in the red.
In short, a lack of professionalism, poor management. As soon as you move from routine maintenance to major repairs, they don't want to work even if the customer is willing to pay.

Great service. I arrived unexpectedly, they took the car right away and offered me a coffee. They lent me a charger because my battery was dead. Since the breakdown couldn't be fixed right away, they drove me back to my hotel 25 minutes away. All with a smile. I've never seen such good service.
