I had two services done at this garage this year, including tire changes, and several problems arose: - The garage lost my locking wheel nut (replaced at their expense, but with a postponement of my appointment) - Tires not returned during the summer/winter tire changes • retrieved after a complaint the first time • still waiting for the second set to this day - Vehicle vibrations after the tire change • a second "free" balancing did not resolve the issue • the problem was finally fixed by a competent competitor Mistakes can happen. I therefore gave the garage over a month to find a solution, visiting them several times, without any response or concrete proposal. To date, no solution has been provided regarding: - the tires not returned - the additional balancing costs incurred elsewhere In addition to this review, I have filed a complaint with the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control) via SignalConso. I encourage customers experiencing similar difficulties to do the same. This review will be updated if the garage provides feedback or resolves the issue.

I used Euromaster to have my four tires changed to winter tires. The replacement was quick and seemed fairly clean at first glance; the tire pressure, etc., appeared to be within specifications. However, the employees were able to leave my keys in another car. I had to wait an hour, and luckily the other customer was honest and near the garage, otherwise I would have been waiting to find my keys. A little more professionalism in the future would be appreciated. Even so, I wouldn't personally repeat the experience.

I went to Euromaster Issoire for a flat tire, and despite a busy schedule and it being almost lunchtime, someone came quickly and was able to repair my tire so I could get back on the road without any problems. Thank you so much!

Following up on your response to my previous comment (also posted under the name Benjamin), I would like to clarify that when I made the appointment, I was never informed that dropping off the vehicle for "inspection" and to prepare a quote would incur a €49 charge. On the phone, I was simply asked to drop off the car so that the necessary information could be verified for the quote, without any amount being mentioned. I took the liberty of leaving this comment because I realized I wasn't the only one experiencing this issue. Especially since you responded to another review: "Making an appointment for a service is very often chargeable; we don't know anyone who works for free." True, but the issue isn't whether a service can be charged or not. It is primarily a legal obligation to clearly state the price before any work is carried out. If I had been clearly informed that this "diagnosis" would cost €49, I obviously would never have brought my vehicle to your center. Again, I'm not complaining about the price itself, but rather the lack of transparency and professionalism, which is the source of my dissatisfaction. I am, of course, available to discuss this further at the number on the invoice, which ends in 98.
