A disastrous experience. After an engine breakdown and a phone call, we were told that the car couldn't be serviced before January 6th. We replied that we would see if we could find another garage. The woman we spoke to on the phone didn't say anything specific and hung up.
We decided to take our vehicle there anyway. We had been warned about the delay.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very unpleasant Mr. Velozo. He criticized us for not calling back (even though we hadn't been asked to) and repeated five times that the deadline was January 6th. We had agreed to wait.
This gentleman was so agitated and unpleasant that we decided not to entrust him with our vehicle.

I'm very satisfied with the service I received for my car. The work was carried out with care and professionalism. The team is great, welcoming, and attentive. Their explanations were clear, and they met the deadlines. I recommend this garage without hesitation.

Avoid Veloso Garage at all costs. They did an oil change on my BMW, but the drain plug was improperly reinstalled, resulting in a makeshift repair. The total cost of the oil pan replacement was €1400. After reading numerous negative reviews, I strongly advise against using this garage for servicing. Zero stars is well deserved.

I came in for my Spring and its cabin air filter change. The lady at reception was very friendly. She even took the time to check my battery's condition. Very professional and friendly. Thank you! 👍

A very bad experience right from the start. The receptionist was cold, unpleasant, and completely lacking in interpersonal skills. You clearly feel like you're bothering her. Because of her attitude, I didn't even want to go any further. I don't recommend this place, simply because of the reception.
