I went there to get a quote for repairing the bodywork of my camper van. They couldn't give me a quote right away, even though there weren't any parts to order (just some resin and paint). I left my email address, and even after several phone calls, I only got standard responses: "We're swamped," "The manager will call you back," blah blah blah. I never received a quote. I strongly advise against going there. Absolutely no professionalism.

I went to the garage in January 2025 to request a quote. A month later, with no response, I called. The workshop manager will call you, I'm told. A month later, nothing... I called again. The photocopy of my registration document was lost. Okay, it happens. I sent it again and patiently waited for the workshop manager's call. I called again. In vain. After 5 months, I entrusted my vehicle to a courteous and professional garage.
First and last experience with Atelier 16. 16 for a 16-month delay in getting a response?

No one's answering the phone? Is the garage still open? I've called four times today. I'm going to choose another garage to get my car repaired.

Thank you Atelier 16 for the repairs to my 3008. Excellent work and very fast service. I highly recommend them. The receptionist was very kind and attentive, as was Fred, who handled my request well and got my car repaired properly. Thank you again, a very good garage and superb team.
