I had a tire that was deflating due to a screw in the tire on a Skoda Karoq, and I had to hit the road within two hours. After explaining my need to the mechanic who saw me, he repaired the tire and thus solved my problem on time and without excessive billing, while being very welcoming, friendly, and professional.

A problem with the windshield wipers on a rainy day, and the person didn't even bother to get up and look at the car (a Clio).
They might be competent, but I'll never know. I'll NEVER come back here.

A lack of professionalism that isn't immediately apparent. The owner who greets you is a smooth talker who keeps his word and ultimately lacks respect for his customers. He's incapable of even providing basic after-sales service. I strongly advise against doing business with this professional.
